Keith Prowse, the UK's leading hospitality provider, is delighted to announce that it has been awarded ‘Best Sports Club/Sports Event Hospitality’ for The Gatsby Club at The Championships, Wimbledon at the inaugural Sports Business Awards, held today at The Brewery, London.
Designed to celebrate the vital influence of business within sport, the awards recognise the organisations, teams and individuals who excel in a variety of business, CSR and sports governance disciplines. Winning entries were decided by a stellar judging panel made up of legendary sporting icons including Sir Steve Redgrave and Colin Jackson, as well as leading figures in the business of sport.
The Gatsby Club is the All England Lawn Tennis Club’s (AELTC) official hospitality facility built on The Wimbledon Club, a two minute walk from the Gate 5 entrance. It is a multiple award winning venue and features an exclusive, three-course menu designed and served by world class chefs: Albert Roux OBE, Michel Roux Jnr and, for the first time in 2016, Emily Roux.
The Sports Business Award recognised a number of enhancements made to the facility, including the introduction of E-vent cards, a paperless, eco-friendly ticketing option offering speedy check-in and pre-check-in for guests.
Andy Vinsen, Chief Commercial Officer at Keith Prowse, comments: “We are incredibly proud to have partnered with the AELTC to provide official hospitality for over 30 years, it is a relationship that is very important to the Keith Prowse team.

Therefore, we are delighted to be recognised at the inaugural Sports Business Awards for our innovation and ability to adapt to the needs of a new generation of guests.”
